Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Tidy Tarmac app ("the app"), published by Nivaash (nivaash.nl), based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
1. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms the app or other people.
2. Lives, hints and ads
The game is free to play. Some levels use lives, which come back over time. You can choose to watch an ad to get an extra life or a hint. Lives, hints, stars and badges are game features only. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
3. Airport Pass
The Airport Pass is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes ads and gives unlimited lives on the devices linked to your store account. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. You can restore the Airport Pass with Settings → Restore purchases.
4. Your game progress
Your progress is saved only on your device. If you delete the app, reset your progress or change devices, your progress may be lost. Purchases can be restored; progress cannot.
5. Changes and availability
We may update the app, for example to add levels or change features or balance. We may also stop offering it. We try to keep the app running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
6. Ownership
The app, its levels, art, names and other content belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 1.
7. Liability
The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
How the app handles information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are important we will mention them in the app. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
