Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Tidy Tarmac app ("the app", "we", "us") uses and why. The app is published by Nivaash (nivaash.nl), based in the Netherlands. In short: we have no accounts and no servers. Your game lives on your device. Our advertising partner, Google, collects some information to show ads, as described below.

1. Information stored on your device

The app saves your game on your device: levels cleared, stars, badges, lives, play statistics and settings (sound, vibration). This data stays on the device. We do not receive it. Deleting the app deletes it, and you can also clear it any time with Settings → Reset progress.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details. We don't run our own analytics or crash reporting. We have no servers that store data about you.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner during play, and optional videos that you can choose to watch for an extra life or a hint. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:

• device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version and language;
• your IP address, which gives your approximate location;
• ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped;
• the device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), only if you allow it.

Your choices:

• EEA, UK and Switzerland: the app shows Google's consent form before personalised ads are used. You can change your choice later in the app's settings.
• iOS: the app asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised with it.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the device settings.

If you buy the Airport Pass, the app stops showing ads.

4. Purchases

The Airport Pass is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles the payment; we never see your payment details. To confirm and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives the store's purchase receipt and a random app user ID that is not linked to your name or email. 5. Children

Tidy Tarmac is a game for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we'll help remove it.

6. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, personalised ads and the use of the advertising identifier are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and purchase processing are based on our legitimate interest in offering a free, ad-supported game, and on the contract when you make a purchase.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or limit how it is used. As we hold no personal data about you, most requests are best directed to Google (for ads) or Apple/Google (for purchases). We will gladly help. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Data retention and security

Game data stays on your device until you reset it or delete the app. Data collected by Google and RevenueCat is kept under their own policies.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the changes are important, we will mention them in the app.
