Common questions

A level can't be finished any more.

The game tells you the moment that happens. Use a Rewind to go back to the last position that can still be won, or restart the level.

How do I get more hearts?

Hearts come back on their own, one every 30 minutes, up to five. You only lose one when you restart a level you've started and not yet cleared.

I bought something and it's missing.

An Express Pass is tied to your Apple or Google account: use Settings → Restore purchases in the game on the same account. If Coal you bought didn't arrive, email us with the date of the purchase and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel the Express Pass?

It's a subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings.

How do I start over?

Settings → Reset progress clears stars, Coal, items and hearts on this device.
